  •  Responsible for Technical Support for TVs and Media Solutions (AV, Home Theaters, Sound bar, tone free, X-Boom and Monitors)
  • Develop the technical instructions, and contents for Call Center Agents and service centers' technicians.
  • Develop training materials and manuals for [new models, common defects, new symptoms, hard repair cases and MOT].
  • Provide training for SVC engineers and technicians on new models specs, new S/W, repair tips, SVC bulletins and skill up.
  • Responsible for monitoring and decreasing the Reclaim of customers within specific period.
  • New models testing and New SW release Testing.
  • Filed quality issues check, analysis and report.
