- Ensure engaging and rigorous instruction across the Preparatory stage.
- Develop lesson plans, resources, and assessment strategies.
- Promote innovative teaching methods and best practices.
- Support teachers with professional development and training.
Administration & Planning
- Manage department budgets and resource allocation.
- Organize departmental meetings and ensure communication of key information.
- Oversee exams, coursework, and grading policies.
- Ensure compliance with school policies and educational regulations.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work with school leadership on academic policies and strategic goals.
- Liaise with parents, students, and external bodies to support student success.
- Foster cross-curricular collaboration to enhance literacy across subjects.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in English or Education.Proven experience in teaching English at Preparatory stage.Strong leadership and management skills.Experience in curriculum development and staff training.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
