متطلبات الوظيفة:

• الحصول على مؤهل مناسب للوظيفة.
• يكون مسؤولًا عن جودة وصلاحية المنتج المخزن، سواء كان مادة خام أو منتج نهائي، بما في ذلك فحص الكميات عند الاستلام.
• أن يكون على دراية بتحرير أذون الصرف والاستلام لكل ما هو صادر ووارد بالمخازن.
• يكون مسؤولًا عن أي عجوزات بكميات المخزون الذي بحوزته ولم يصدر بشأنها أي مستندات مخزنية.
• التنبيه عند نقص كميات الأصناف قبل نفاذها.
• القدرة على تحسين وضع البضاعة داخل المخازن بطريقة تسهل صرفها واستلامها، مع اتباع طريقة "الوارد أولاً يصرف أولاً" (FIFO).

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• الإشراف على إدارة جميع العمليات بالمخازن، وضمان تخزين المنتجات في ظروف مثالية والحفاظ على جودتها.
• إجراء فحوصات منتظمة للمواد الواردة والصادرة، والتحقق من الكميات والجودة.
• تحرير مستندات الاستلام والصرف لجميع المواد الواردة أو الصادرة من المخزن.
• متابعة مستويات المخزون والإبلاغ عن أي عجوزات أو نقص في الكميات فورًا.
• اقتراح تحسينات لتوزيع وترتيب المخزون داخل المخازن لتسهيل الوصول إلى المنتجات وتنفيذ عمليات الصرف بشكل أسرع.
• ضمان أن جميع الأنشطة في المخزن تتم وفقًا للإجراءات المعتمدة وسياسات الشركة.
• الالتزام بمعايير السلامة واللوائح التنظيمية في المخازن.
• ضمان التعامل السليم مع البضائع أثناء النقل من خلال إتقان قيادة الرافعات الشوكية.

Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Job Requirements:

• A relevant qualification suitable for the position.
• Responsible for ensuring the quality and suitability of stored products, whether raw materials or finished products, including inspecting and verifying quantities upon receipt.
• Knowledgeable in issuing receiving and dispatch documents for all incoming and outgoing materials in the warehouse.
• Accountable for any discrepancies in stock quantities that lack proper warehouse documentation.
• Proactive in notifying about stock shortages before depletion.
• Capable of improving the organization of warehouse goods to ensure easy access and efficient dispatch, while following the "First In, First Out" (FIFO) inventory method.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all warehouse operations, ensuring products are stored in optimal conditions and quality is maintained.
• Perform regular inspections of incoming and outgoing materials, verifying their quantity and quality.
• Issue proper receiving and dispatch documentation for all materials entering or leaving the warehouse.
• Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies or stock shortages immediately.
• Propose improvements to the warehouse layout to facilitate easier and faster handling of products.
• Ensure that all warehouse activities are conducted according to established procedures and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in the warehouse.
• Ensure that goods are handled properly during transportation by being proficient in forklift operations.
