Key Responsibilities
- Lead prospect engagement through strategic cold calling and develop new business opportunities while maintaining detailed records of all interactions
- Serve as the primary administrator of our CRM system (data entry), ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates
- Manage professional communication with clients through multiple channels, including email correspondence and customer portals
- Create and process detailed quotations while maintaining consistent follow-up throughout the sales cycle
- Optimize and maintain customer portal operations to ensure seamless client experience
Bachelor's degree (Engineering background preferred)2-5 years of experience in CRM administration or similar roleFluent English communication skills (both written and verbal)Proven experience with ERP/CRM systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities
