Quality Manager

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies to uphold operational excellence.
  • Oversee audits, inspections, and certifications to maintain high-quality standards and regulatory compliance. 
  • Ensure corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented to address quality issues and risks.
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product and service quality.
  • Analyze quality metrics and performance data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Develop and implement best practices to minimize defects, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on quality standards, compliance, and best practices.
  • Set clear objectives and performance metrics for the quality team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team to enhance skills and capabilities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing quality concerns and implementing corrective actions. 
  • Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain consistency in product and service quality.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to support quality initiatives and business objectives.
  • Manage customer complaints and feedback, ensuring prompt resolution and preventive measures.

Bachelor’s degree in education, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in an educational or training environment.Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
