- Recommends, develops, and improves processes and procedures to enhance the operation cycle's efficiency.
- Researches and creates new products to be registered and launched into the market in accordance with regulatory requirements and quality assurance systems.
- Development of new Raw materials varieties.
- Manages and directs the research and development programs to meet organizational needs and to capitalize on potential new products.
- Oversees complex research projects, analyses result, and provides recommendations based on findings.
- Implement protocols, screen, and qualify new Raw materials to get more adapted varieties with high field yield potential to support the business on raw material cost reduction.
- Manage Research Program, conducting research trials, reporting all technical advances, new technologies, and products to generate solutions to the production systems.
Bachelor's degree of Pharmacy – Science – Agriculture.Prior experience with flavor preparation or flavor quality setup.Strong math skills to calculate dilution factors and excel sheet reports.Experience in Caps & Tabs and powder formulations.Technical experience in process development, R&D formulating.Using an advanced knowledge of research methodology and techniques.
