About the Role

We are seeking a System Administrator to manage and maintain our company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, security, and efficiency. This role involves overseeing network systems, managing servers, troubleshooting IT issues, and implementing technology solutions that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

System & Network Management

• Plan, install, configure, and maintain company networks, servers, and security systems.
• Monitor and manage IT infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
• Implement firewall and endpoint security measures to protect company data.
• Set up and manage backup systems to ensure data integrity and disaster recovery.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide technical support to employees for software, hardware, and network-related issues.
• Maintain and manage Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP servers.
• Ensure seamless internet connectivity and efficient IT resource allocation.

IT Security & Compliance

• Develop and enforce IT security policies to prevent cyber threats.
• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security best practices.
• Manage data protection protocols, including access controls and encryption.

IT Infrastructure Development

• Evaluate and implement new technologies to optimize business operations.
• Support the setup of IT infrastructure in new company locations.
• Oversee Google Workspace, Zoho Workplace, and cloud-based solutions.

Asset & Vendor Management

• Manage IT assets, including software licenses, hardware inventory, and procurement.
• Collaborate with vendors to negotiate cost-effective IT solutions and services.
