Position: Quality Manager (Civil)

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Manager (Civil) to join our team. If you have a passion for excellence and over 15 years of experience in quality management within the construction industry, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee the quality management system in compliance with project requirements and international standards.
- Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and other relevant quality certifications.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and quality control checks on construction projects.
- Lead a team of quality engineers and inspectors to maintain the highest construction standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
- Identify and resolve quality issues to enhance project efficiency and performance.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in quality management for major civil construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ISO standards, and international construction regulations.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive quality improvements.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills in English.
