General Objective of the Job:
Providing technical and administrative support in implementing consulting, financial and internal audit projects, in addition to assisting in preparing technical reports and presentations, ensuring that objectives are achieved with high quality and according to the specified deadlines
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Preparing Presentations and Reports:
- Contributing to the preparation and coordination of technical and financial presentations for government tenders.
- Reviewing documents to ensure that they are free of spelling and linguistic errors and are formulated in a professional manner.
- Analyzing weak points in documents and suggesting technical and administrative improvements.
Support in financial and administrative projects:
- Analyzing and classifying financial data and drawing conclusions.
- Assisting in preparing financial reports resulting from inspection work.
- Classifying and tabulating financial data and submitting a report and brief details about them.
- Following up on compliance with policies and procedures and evaluating administrative and financial processes.
Internal Review and Audit:
- Reviewing documents to ensure their compliance with laws and regulations.
- Prepare documents and reports that support process improvement and risk reduction.
- Audit data and provide feedback to improve efficiency and quality.
Organize data and documents:
- Use Microsoft Office programs to prepare tables, presentations, and charts.
- Organize and tabulate documents to ensure easy access.
- Summarize and understand relevant laws and regulations to include in reports
Required qualifications and experiences:Academic qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related major.Practical experience:2-4 years of practical experience in the field of financial and management consulting and/or internal auditing.Technical skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word - Excel) - PowerPoint - Visio)Ability to analyze and tabulate numbers and financial data.Skills in writing and drafting documents professionally, with a focus on linguistic and spelling proofreading.Proficiency in English, writing and reading.Personal traits:Attention to detail and accuracy in work.Flexibility to deal with diverse and changing work requirements on a daily basis.Commitment to deadlines and ability to work under pressure.Love of learning and developing skills in line with the nature of the work.Understanding government laws and regulations and providing reports summarizing the main points thereof.Additional capabilities:Experience in reviewing evidence and documents to ensure their compliance with policies and procedures.Work environment and communication style:Work remotely using task management tools and electronic communication.Provide periodic reports on the progress of the required tasks.Flexibility in working hours to meet the needs of different projects.
