Sales Operation Supervisor

  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and forecasts to support decision-making.
  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
  • Manage and optimize sales processes, including lead management, pipeline management, and sales forecasting.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of sales tools and technologies to enhance sales effectiveness.
  • Provide training and support to sales team members on sales processes and systems.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of sales data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven experience in sales operations, sales support, or a similar role.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Experience with process improvement and optimization is a plus.
