Job Summary:
We are seeking a data-driven Data Analyst to optimize delivery operations and enhance customer experience through deep data insights. This role involves analyzing customer segmentation, last-mile delivery performance, and logistics data to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze logistics and last-mile delivery data, including fleet efficiency, delivery times, and route optimization, vehicles.
- Analyze customer data and behaviors, including order frequency, preferences, churn patterns, and retention trends.
- Develop and maintain customer segmentation models to personalize offers and improve engagement.
- Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as delivery success rate, order accuracy, fleet utilization, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify patterns, trends, and operational bottlenecks to recommend process improvements. Collaborate with operations, marketing, and customer service teams to drive datainformed decisions.
- Monitor and forecast demand to optimize resource allocation, delivery schedules, and logistics costs.
- Support pricing, promotions, and loyalty programs using data-driven insights.
- Ensure data integrity and maintain documentation of methodologies.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Experience with Python/R for data analysis is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in customer segmentation and logistics data analysis. Knowledge of last-mile delivery, customer behavior, and e-commerce logistics is preferred.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
