- Inventory Monitoring : Ensure maintaining appropriate inventory levels to meet departmental needs without surplus.
- Inventory Counting: Conduct regular and accurate inventory counts and verify the accuracy of inventory data.
- Inventory Tracking : Track the flow of materials to and from the warehouse using inventory management systems
- Data Analysis : Analyze inventory data to identify trends and suggest improvements for management.
- Coordination with Procurement Department : Work with the procurement department to ensure the availability of necessary materials.
- Reporting: Prepare and present periodic reports on the inventory status and ongoing requirements requests to the management.
