We're looking for a talented Telesales Representative to generate new business leads and sales opportunities through outbound calls.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls (in ENGLISH) to potential customers to generate new business leads and sales opportunities
- Build relationships with customers and identify their needs and pain points
- Present our products/services to customers and handle objections
- Update customer information and sales activities in our system
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements:
- EXCELLENT in English Language is a must.
- 1-2 years of experience in telesales or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
