- Receiving project specifications and measurements from site project management and delivering them to the technical office.
- Coordinating, standardizing, and describing the measures of different models, as well as the quantities for each model, in coordination with site project management.
- Following up on warehouse management by ensuring the receipt of approved orders (quantities, specifications, lengths, numbers, colors, etc.) in cooperation with the technical office.
- Managing, following up, and overseeing all company work at external sites, providing reports to senior management.
- Following up on supplies for project production through daily coordination with supervisors and the technical office.
- Preparing extracts of quantities for subcontractors (e.g., external workmanship, assembly, glass cutting, sanding, site installation work) and submitting them to the financial department with project management oversight.
- Ensuring commitment to work schedules and delivering projects on time.
- Providing technical support to the manufacturing team during project implementation.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.5-7 years of experience as a Project Engineer, preferably in the aluminum industry and mega projects.Proficient in computer skills (Word, Excel).Experience in coordinating project specifications and measurements between site management and the technical office.Ability to provide technical support to the manufacturing team during project implementation.
