Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a relatedfield. Relevant professional certifications and training would be advantageous.Experience in a managerial or supervisory rolewithin the fitness, sports, or leisureindustry, with a strongunderstanding of cluboperations and memberservices.Demonstrated leadership abilities and a trackrecord of effectively managing and developing a diverse team of employees, and support staff.
