1Manage the overall operations of the club branch, including membership services, facilities maintenance, staffing, and program coordination, in alignment withcompany standards and strategic objectives.

Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing teamof staff members, trainers, and front-line employees, fostering a positive and customer-focused work

environment.

3Develop and execute operational plans and initiatives to enhance the member experience, drive membership growth, and maximize revenue streams within the club branch.
4Ensure the implementation and adherence to all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations, maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for members and staff.
5Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote club programs, events,and membership offerings, contributing to the achievement of membership and revenue targets.
6Monitor and analyze KPIs, member feedback, and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to address any operational challenges or opportunities.

Act as the primary point of contact or member inquiries, feedback, and concerns, ensuring high-quality customer service and prompt resolution of

member issues.

 

Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a relatedfield. Relevant professional certifications and training would be advantageous.Experience in a managerial or supervisory rolewithin the fitness, sports, or leisureindustry, with a strongunderstanding of cluboperations and memberservices.Demonstrated leadership abilities and a trackrecord of effectively managing and developing a diverse team of employees, and support staff.
