Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary to join our biomedical engineering team. This role will provide administrative and clerical support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Administrative Support:
• Manage daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for the department.
• Assist team members with administrative tasks to ensure timely completion of projects.
2. Documentation and Record Keeping:
• Prepare and format technical reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Maintain and update records, including compliance documentation and research data.
3. Meeting Coordination:
• Schedule and organize departmental meetings, conferences, and workshops.
• Record, distribute, and follow up on meeting minutes and action items.
4. Communication:
• Act as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
5. Inventory and Supplies Management:
• Monitor office supplies and equipment inventory, placing orders as needed.
• Coordinate with the procurement team for equipment and material requirements.
6. Confidentiality and Compliance:
• Ensure strict adherence to data protection and confidentiality policies.
• Stay updated on company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management or administration are a plus.
• Experience: Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant, preferably in a technical or biomedical setting.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Familiarity with biomedical terminology is advantageous but not mandatory
