- Responsible for implementing administrative policies and regulations and ensuring compliance.
- Responsible for contracts related to services (cleaning, security, meals, waste management, laundry, employee transportation, etc.).
- Responsible for the Housekeeping.
- Define the operational procedures for service providers, such as security management, cleaning, and laundry services.
- Delegate tasks to administrative assistants, set deadlines, establish clear and specific objectives for the team, create work schedules for each employee, and monitor their tasks.
- Conduct regular training for security personnel.
- Perform regular locker inspections.
- Monitor the recycling of waste materials.
- Responsible for industrial waste management.
- Directly follow up with production managers to ensure smooth workflow.
- Develop a plan to improve workflow within the department.
- Ensure appropriate standards are maintained during visits and inspections by external entities.
- Prepare the annual budget reports and work to meet the specified budget.
- Responsible for organizing and coordinating general assembly meetings and board meeting minutes.
- Follow up with the legal advisor regarding tasks related to the company.
- Work on updating all the company’s legal documents.* Proficiency in English is a must.


Proficiency in English is a must.Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is required.Residence in October City.Background in security administration and governmental processes.Males only.
