We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Representative with over 5 years of experience to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and maintain the showroom, ensuring it is consistently well-organized, clean, and welcoming.
- Manage sales inquiries and orders from both showroom and external clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with the customer service department to ensure smooth order processing and timely follow-ups.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries received through social media platforms.
- Follow up on orders from various channels, including in-person, telephone, and social media inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely deliveries.
- Prepare quotations, product information, and other necessary documentation for clients.
- Keep up to date with product knowledge and provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Work closely with the team to meet sales targets and improve overall customer experience.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support the sales and customer service teams.
Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably in a showroom or related industry.Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers and understand their needs.Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.Familiarity with social media platforms for business communication and customer inquiries is an advantage.A proactive, goal-driven individual with a passion for sales and customer service.
