Quality Manager

  • Develop and implement training programs for staff on quality and food safety standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections and internal audits across locations and suppliers.  
  • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for food safety and hygiene.  
  • Monitor compliance with regulatory and industry standards,
  • ensuring certification requirements are met.  
  • Oversee corrective action plans to address quality concerns and improve operational efficiency. 
  • Lead external audits and manage relationships with certification bodies.
  • Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures
  • Supervise inspectors, technicians and other staff and provide guidance and feedback
  • Set requirements for raw material or intermediate products for suppliers and monitor their compliance.

Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Food Safety, or a related field.10–15 years of experience in quality assurance, with a focus on food safety.A keen eye for detail and a results driven approachOutstanding communication skillsExcellent organizational and leadership skillsProficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.Strong knowledge of HACCP, HSE, and ISO 22000 standards
