Human Resources Administrator

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create Staff Engagement & Recreation business plan and set the actions plan to monitor its implementation
  • Create the event/activity memos and get the approvals from the high management
  • Deal with finance department to get the event/activity funds
  • Deal with internal/external concerned entities of the event
  • Evaluate the event by using satisfaction surveys
  • Document the events approvals and every relatable document
  • Get the offers from external companies as benefits for the staff
  • Design and create HR announcements
  • Coordinate with social media company
  • Collect incoming mails, sorts, and arrange it on the table of the HR Director
  • Arrange the schedule of the meetings, appointments (internal and external) and follow up of the same with the department concerned and the HR Director
  • Follow up action points with responsible or designated persons
  • Transcribe and document minutes of the meeting conducted by the HR Director
  • Compose business correspondences such as faxes, e-mails, or memos as directed by HR Director

 

 


Main Requirements:BC. Degree in any relevant Discipline1-3 ExperienceWith broad knowledge in clerical practices, administrative functions, rules, and regulations. Expertise in good dealing with patients and colleagues. Computer literate with 90% accuracy and speed of 45 words per minute in typing skills.Must have integrity, initiative, evidence of good health and grooming, good moral character and right conduct, strong and pleasing personality.
