Sales Section Head

Selling Pipe Products:

  • Communicating with current and prospective customers to present pipe products and related services.
  • Providing technical consultations to customers on different types of pipes and their applications.
  • Preparing commercial proposals and negotiating with clients to close sales successfully.

Achieving Sales Targets:

  • Work towards meeting monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company.
  • Follow up on order statuses and keep customers updated on shipping and delivery progress.

Market Research and Marketing:

  • Identifying new opportunities in local and international markets to increase market share.
  • Monitoring competitors and market trends to ensure competitive product offerings.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build long-term relationships with customers by providing excellent service.
  • Follow up on customer feedback and complaints, addressing them efficiently.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

  • Work closely with technical support, logistics, and warehouse teams to meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction.
  • Provide regular performance and sales reports to management.

Training and Development:

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry developments in the pipe sector.

Financial Account Management:

  • Monitor customer accounts and ensure timely payment collections.

Educational Qualification:Bachelor's degree .Experience:Previous experience in pipe sales or industrial sales is preferred.Good understanding of different types of pipes and their uses in industries such as construction and heavy industries.Personal Skills:Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong persuasion and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.Technical Skills:Proficiency in using computer programs such as MS Office and CRM software.Basic technical knowledge in handling digital tools.
