Conducts annual calibration of temperature measurement devices (thermometers, data loggers) to ensure that the temperature inside the storage areas complies with the standard conditions set by the Ministry of Health and the World Health Organization (WHO).
Verifies the calibration systems and operational systems in accordance with CFR21, including temperature measurement and operational systems, at the start of using the storage facility.
Monitors the repair of malfunctioning devices and reviews the condition of equipment at branches.
Conducts a thermal distribution study of storage areas every three years, ensuring that storage conditions (temperature, humidity, and emergency changes) meet proper storage criteria.
Prepares reports in case of an emergency device failure and submits them to the direct supervisor.
Reviews reports related to the annual calibration plan, including branch device codes and serial numbers.
Prepares the annual calibration certificates and sends them to the direct supervisor for approval.
Proposes the issuance of the annual calibration plan.
Participates in all external visits with suppliers and responds to inquiries, taking corrective actions as necessary.
