Position Overview:
The Projects Key Account Manager will be responsible for generating sales and growing relationships with key accounts in the interior design, development, and hospitality sectors. This individual will work closely with influential decision-makers, including interior designers, architects, consultants, and hotel owners, to provide tailored luxury bathroom solutions for high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. The role combines sales, project management, and expert product knowledge to support the company’s business development goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation & Business Development:
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with interior designers, consultants, developers, and hotel owners to generate sales.
- Promote Aquatop’s luxury bathroom products through direct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to key stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to secure ongoing projects and repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, bids, and presentations tailored to the specific needs of each client.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales with a focus on long-term profitability and customer satisfaction.
Project Management & Coordination:
- Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial engagement to final product delivery and installation, ensuring client satisfaction at every stage.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, design, and installation) to ensure the successful execution of projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Provide expert advice on product selection, design options, and technical specifications to ensure that projects meet the aesthetic and functional goals of clients.
Client Relationship & Account Management:
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's vision, objectives, and project requirements to deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular follow-up meetings with clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying new opportunities for business.
- Provide exceptional customer service and act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
- Build a portfolio of loyal clients by consistently exceeding expectations and delivering a superior experience.
Consultative Selling & Product Expertise:
- Act as a product expert, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Aquatop’s premium bathroom offerings to advise clients on the best solutions for their specific projects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and innovations to offer clients the latest in luxury bathroom design.
- Conduct product training and presentations for clients, highlighting Aquatop's unique value propositions and superior craftsmanship.
Market Research & Reporting:
- Track industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to stay ahead of the curve.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive pipeline of active and potential projects.
- Provide detailed sales forecasts, progress reports, and project updates to senior management.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that sales and project goals are consistently met.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials for luxury bathroom products.
- Collaborate with the logistics and installation teams to ensure that product delivery and installation are handled smoothly and professionally.
- Represent Aquatop at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand and generate leads.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field (preferred).
- A minimum of [1-5] years of experience in sales or account management, particularly in the luxury or high-end goods industry. Experience in the bathroom or interior design sector is a plus.
- Proven track record of sales success and business development, with experience in building relationships with interior designers, architects, consultants, developers, and hotel owners.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury bathroom products, trends, and design principles.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
- Proficient in CRM systems and sales tracking tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
