Job Title: Sales Executive
Locations: Hybrid (Cairo, Egypt)
Responsibilities:
- Maintain current business and develop new business to deliver the optimum product, price, and service package for WME and its customers.
- Achieve the company’s budget sales figure.
- Approve WME grades and follow up on samples, lab tests, and trial production.
- Address technical issues and provide alternative solutions, consulting technical teams as needed.
- Make decisions on offering new grades or recommending adjustments to customers' production processes.
- Follow up on customers’ commercial and technical inquiries.
- Ensure all customer requirements and concerns are addressed within 1 working day.
- Promote customer satisfaction and build strong relationships to enhance trust and dependability.
- Acquire monthly forecasts for customer demands and provide market intelligence (e.g., market size, pricing, consumption).
Experience: 2+ year in B2B sales within the industrial/manufacturing sector.Skills:Strong technical understanding of chemical products (e.g., waxes, adhesives, PVC compounds).Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to analyze customer needs and propose suitable solutions.Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools.Working Conditions:Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Hybrid).Benefits: Phone line/bill provided, laptop provided.
