Job Summary

The Recruiting Specialist will oversee the recruitment process for both internal roles and outsourced workforce solutions, working closely with the Operations Team to fulfill project requirements and address client staffing needs. This role focuses on sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for both blue-collar and white-collar positions. The Recruiting Specialist will also support client relationship management, ensuring workforce solutions meet project deadlines and compliance standards.

This position is critical to ensuring successful staffing for large-scale projects and creating a seamless recruitment experience that aligns with organizational and client expectations.

Responsibilities

  1. Talent Acquisition for Projects and Client Requests:
  • Collaborate with the Operations Team to identify and understand workforce requirements for ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Respond promptly to client staffing requests, ensuring clear communication about project timelines, candidate profiles, and role requirements.
  • Conduct large-scale recruitment drives to meet the needs of outsourcing projects, particularly for blue-collar roles in industries such as drivers, logistics, security guards, cleaners and other client-specific operations.
  • Proactively source and attract high-calibre candidates for both project-based and permanent roles, ensuring alignment with client and organizational quality standards.
  • Develop innovative strategies to engage and recruit top talent, emphasizing the company’s commitment to delivering a highly skilled workforce.
  • Ensure that client staffing needs are met within agreed timelines, maintaining a high standard of service delivery and a focus on quality outcomes.
  1. Strategic Sourcing & Talent Pipeline:
  • Develop recruitment strategies to build a robust talent pipeline for project-based roles and internal vacancies.
  • Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, partnerships with educational institutions, and networking events.
  • Maintain and update a database of pre-screened candidates to meet future client and project demands efficiently.
  1. Client Collaboration and Relationship Management:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients on staffing matters, ensuring a thorough understanding of their project requirements and expectations.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders on recruitment progress and address any challenges proactively.
  • Manage and maintain client contracts related to workforce solutions, ensuring all recruitment efforts align with contractual agreements.
  1. Blue-Collar Workforce Recruitment:
  • Focus on hiring large numbers of blue-collar workers for client projects, including roles in security guards, cleaners, and other operational fields.
  • Conduct targeted outreach and mass recruitment campaigns to meet the volume demands of large-scale projects.
  • Partner with the Operations Team to manage on-site recruitment activities and ensure smooth placement of blue-collar employees.
  1. Internal Collaboration with Operations Teams:
  • Work closely with the Operations Team to forecast workforce needs based on client project timelines and deliverables.
  • Support project-specific workforce planning by aligning recruitment strategies with operational requirements.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to the Operations Team regarding hiring trends, candidate availability, and labour market conditions.
  1. Candidate Screening and Onboarding:
  • Screen and interview candidates for suitability based on role-specific criteria, client requirements, and project needs.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and clients for final interviews and selection processes.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for project-based employees and internal staff, ensuring compliance with client and company standards.
  1. Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
  • Track and report recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and client satisfaction, to measure success and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Provide detailed reports to the HR Manager, ensuring transparency in the recruitment process.
  1. Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Egyptian labour laws, contractual obligations, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records for project-based employees, including documentation required for social and medical insurance, payroll, and compliance audits.
  1. Employer Branding & Talent Engagement:
  • Support employer branding efforts to attract top talent for both internal roles and outsourced projects.
  • Represent the company at career fairs, recruitment events, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility among potential candidates.
  1. Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay updated on recruitment best practices and tools to improve sourcing efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Suggest process improvements for managing high-volume recruitment and delivering exceptional client service.
  1. Other Duties as Assigned:
  • Provide support for additional HR tasks as needed, especially during periods of resource shortages or increased workload.
  • Participate in workforce planning initiatives, process improvement projects, and employee engagement activities as required.
