• Lead and manage the SAP team, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and support services across various SAP modules (such as FICO, MM, SD, PP, PM, and Basis).
• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders and the SAP team to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Develop and implement SAP strategies, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives and best practices.
• Oversee system configurations, customizations, and integrations to optimize business processes.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolution to minimize downtime.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering skill development and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, security policies, and audit requirements related to SAP systems.
• Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, and implementation partners as needed.

• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, trends, and best practices to recommend improvements and innovations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.• Proven experience in leading SAP teams and delivering successful SAP implementations and support projects.• Strong knowledge of SAP modules such as FICO, MM, SD, PP, PM, and Basis.• Excellent project management and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities to address complex business challenges.• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.• SAP certification(s) in relevant modules is a plus
