- Performing an annual review of the quality improvement plan and ensuring its execution.
- Supervising departments/services in selecting quality metrics.
- Coordinating quality review activities and tracking/reviewing data collected about selected measures.
- Analyzing results and submitting reports to the Quality and Patient Safety Committee.
- Providing training to staff on quality principles and tools.
- Utilizing appropriate performance improvement tools and techniques to identify problems and design action plans.
- Supervising quality control procedures and ensuring compliance with set standards.
- Leading and guiding quality assurance teams to maintain high-quality standards. ·
- Maintaining records, preparing reports, and documenting quality activities.
- Collaborating with other departments to implement quality measures and resolve issues.
Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, or other health related field.Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), or TQM is a mustAt least 4 years of experience in the health and care field.
