Job Summary
The Contracting Manager will play a key role in establishing and maintaining strong relationships with hotel partners, suppliers, and service providers. The role involves negotiating competitive rates and terms, ensuring comprehensive inventory coverage, and driving our offerings to enhance Zoromisr.com’s position in the travel market.
Key Responsibilities
1. Contract Negotiation
Secure competitive rates, exclusive deals, and value-added benefits with suppliers.
Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal standards.
2. Market Research & Analysis
Monitor market trends, traveler preferences, and competitor offerings.
Identify new opportunities to maintain Zoromisr.com’s competitive edge.
3. Inventory Management
Manage room inventory across all contracted properties.
Collaborate with operations to ensure accurate contract loading into the system.
4. Collaboration & Support
Work with the marketing team to promote contracted hotels and offers.
Support the sales team by tailoring offers to meet client needs.
5. Performance Monitoring
Track supplier performance, including bookings, revenue, and customer feedback.
Address underperformance through renegotiations or new partnerships.
6. Reporting
Prepare detailed reports on contracting activities, supplier performance, and market trends for the General Manager.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years in hotel contracting or a similar role in the travel industry.
Strong network of hotel and supplier contacts in key destinations.
Skills:
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and contract management tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
