Senior Business Development - Operations

Job Purpose:

Drives strategic growth by developing and advancing client relationships, crafting tailored proposals, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the successful closure of high-value deals that deliver measurable value to clients.

Main Scope/Responsibilities:

  • Lead business development activities, assembling strong project teams and crafting innovative strategies to solve complex client challenges.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, actively seeking new leads and business opportunities.
  • Lead the preparation of proposals, presentations, and sales strategies, ensuring alignment with client needs and objectives.
  • Take primary responsibility for managing client relationships and driving the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Develop pricing strategies, lead pricing reviews, and create bid and proposal estimates.
  • Track and document client relationship developments, updating internal databases and sharing insights with the sales team.
  • Assess resource availability with operations and sales teams to assemble efficient project teams.

 Education:Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.Experience:7–10 years of experience, including at least 5 years in a similar role, preferably within a consulting environmentProven expertise in projects related to Six Sigma, Lean principles, and Supply Chain ManagementStrong background in sales strategy, client negotiation, and proposal developmentPrevious experience working between Egypt and Saudi Arabia is a plusJob Requirements:Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skillsAbility to generate leads, build strong client networks, and close deals effectivelyStrategic thinking with a proven track record of delivering measurable resultsProficiency in proposal writing, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations
