We are seeking an Accounts Administrator to efficiently manage our company’s accounts payable and receivable processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate effectively with our foreign parent company.
As an Accounts Administrator, you will be responsible for reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records. You should have a solid background in finance or accounting, proficiency in bookkeeping procedures, and excellent communication skills in English.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Management:
Manage obligations to suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors.
Process bank deposits and handle reconciliation of financial statements.
Prepare, issue, and store invoices systematically.
Accounts Payable/Receivable:
Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely payments.
Follow up with clients and issue reminders when necessary.
Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable.
Compliance & Reporting:
Submit tax forms and ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
Identify and address discrepancies promptly.
Data Management:
Organize, update, and store internal accounting records in a systematic manner.
Maintain accurate databases and spreadsheets using advanced Excel functionalities.
Communication:
Coordinate effectively with the foreign parent company to align financial processes.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
BSc degree in Finance, Accounting or relevant field.
Proven work experience as an Accounts Administrator or in a similar role.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple financial processes efficiently.
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping procedures and familiarity with debt collection regulations.
Hands-on experience with accounting software.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, including the use of financial formulas and spreadsheet creation.
Solid data entry skills with an eye for numerical accuracy.
Fluency in English (written and verbal) to communicate effectively with foreign entities.
