The position is accountable for proactively soliciting and handling sales opportunities. Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery. Assists in leading all day-to-day activities related to sales with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of sales objectives. Achieves personal sales goals.
We are looking for a sales and business development go-getter, who can work with autonomy, chase down corporate deals and build stakeholder relationships with key clients, consultancies and event management agencies operating across Egypt’s events segment.
- Proactively identify and solicit new catering sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultancies, and event management agencies within Egypt’s events segment.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve personal and team targets.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
● 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 3 years experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.OR ● 4-year bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 1 year experience in the sales and marketing or related professional area.Additional requirements:● Applicant should have a car, transportation allowance is considered within the employment contract.● Excellent organizational and time-management skills● Networking skills.● Well presentable● Sales negotiation skills● Customer service attitude● Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions under stressful circumstances● Flexibility to work during weekends and holidays● Certification in sales, business development, hospitality or culinary management is a plus
