Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and oversee production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, as per industry regulations.
Supervise production staff, including shift leaders and operators, ensuring smooth workflow.
Monitor and manage inventory levels for raw materials and packaging supplies.
Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions to maintain operational efficiency.
Optimize production processes for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
Prepare and analyze production reports to evaluate performance and suggest improvements.
Train and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery is functioning properly.
Maintain compliance with health, safety, and environmental guidelines.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Technology, or a related field is preferred.2-5 years of experience in food and beverage manufacturing (as Shift Leader, Supervisor, or Manager).Strong leadership and organizational skills.Proficiency in analyzing production metrics and preparing reports.Knowledge of safety and quality control standards in the food industry.Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
