Business Development Manager (Cairo, UAE & KSA)

  1. Responsibilities & Duties
  • Developing a solid and trusting relationship between major key clients and the company.
  • Ensure that the client is satisfied unless there’s an unethical action like harassment from the client.    
  • Resolving key client issues and complaints
  • Developing a complete understanding of key account needs
  • Anticipating key account changes and improvements
  • Managing communications between key clients and internal teams
  • Strategic planning to improve client results
  • Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance
  • Establishing and overseeing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client
  • Working with design, sales team, creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and team members from other departments dedicated to the same client account to ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced and all client needs met
  • Collaborating with the business development team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
  • Planning and presenting reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, CEO, and possible use in future case studies or company training
  • Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
  • Analyzing client data to provide customer relationship Excellence. 
  • Expanding relationships and bringing in new clients.
  • Designing, handling and participating in Trials and analysis of results.
  •  Attending client meetings and taking a proper brief and analysis of the demanded needs.
  • Full understanding of the client's current status, needs, objectives.
  • Create a depth competitive analysis
  • Arranging the brainstorming session and understanding the session outcome.
  • Documenting all the meetings, brainstorming sessions and sharing it with the management on the same day of the meeting.
  • Content creation for the needed plans/ ideas/ calendars.
  •  Delivering the content to the design department after taking content approval from the content head.
  •  Taking a final approval for the calendar/plan from the management before sending it to the client.
