The Secretary and Personal Administrator will provide high-level administrative support to the manager/executive, ensuring the smooth functioning of daily activities and maintaining effective communication and organization.
Acting as the first point of contact for callers, managing emails and phone calls by responding, forwarding messages, or highlighting them for the manager’s attention.Organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager or executive.Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation.Excellent verbal and written communication in English.Coordinating events and conferences.Reminding the manager or executive of important tasks and deadlines.Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.Managing databases and filing systems.Implementing and maintaining administrative procedures and systems.Liaising with staff, suppliers, and clients.Collating and filing expenses.
