Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage document flow and business correspondence.
  • Organize the manager's workday and meetings.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls.
  • Prepare and format business documentation.
  • Organize meetings, conferences, and negotiations.
  • Maintain an archive and record of correspondence.
  • Provide written and oral translation to/from various languages.
  • Translate official letters, reports, contracts, and other documents.
  • Review, sort, and respond to emails.
  • Communicate with partners and clients in different languages.

 


Requirements:Proven experience in administrative roles and translation.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in written and spoken languages (Arabic, English, and Russian).Ability to maintain confidentiality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
