Key Responsibilities:
- Manage document flow and business correspondence.
- Organize the manager's workday and meetings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls.
- Prepare and format business documentation.
- Organize meetings, conferences, and negotiations.
- Maintain an archive and record of correspondence.
- Provide written and oral translation to/from various languages.
- Translate official letters, reports, contracts, and other documents.
- Review, sort, and respond to emails.
- Communicate with partners and clients in different languages.
Requirements:Proven experience in administrative roles and translation.Strong organizational and communication skills.Proficiency in written and spoken languages (Arabic, English, and Russian).Ability to maintain confidentiality.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
