  • Develop and implement strategies for academic growth, quality assurance, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead efforts for new accreditations in coordination with top management.
  • Enhance academic operations, including developing SOPs, LMS, reporting systems, and program delivery processes.
  • Coordinate with the academic manager on all curriculum-related matters and ensure alignment with the institution’s vision and goals.
  • Supervise the design, development, and ongoing improvement of academic programs to ensure they meet institutional goals and industry standards.
  • Oversee the recruitment of instructors and provide training and development to academic staff.
  • Ensure the alignment of the curriculum with accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Represent the institution in external academic forums, staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Regularly evaluate curriculum effectiveness based on student performance, feedback, and industry needs.
  • Review academic reports and student assessments, ensuring compliance with academic policies and standards.
  •  Oversee faculty performance, approve grading, and ensure timely submission of student evaluations.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of academic programs and recommend revisions when necessary.
  • Lead the academic department, providing guidance to academic managers, faculty, and other staff members.
  • Ensure the academic team is well-supported and empowered to deliver high-quality education and training.
  • Promote a positive academic culture within the institution, focusing on continuous learning and professional development.
  • Coordinate closely with other departments to align academic activities with organizational goals.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of the institution’s long-term academic strategies.
  • Develop and implement new specializations or programs to meet student needs and market demands.
  • Oversee academic staff development initiatives, including professional development and training programs.

Bachelor's degree in a computer science or Information system or similar. A Master’s degree in education, educational leadership, curriculum and instruction, or a related field is typically required.leadership, self-control, social intelligence, Agreeableness, Emotional Stability,Extraversion, Openness, Assertiveness, Customer Service Orientation, Optimism, and Work Drive.Odoo Certificate is a Plus.7 To 10 Years of experienceExtensive experience in a senior academic management role.An understanding of the international education business.Demonstrated leadership and management skills
