Scope IMS - Egypt - Cairo


           Strategic Planning and Business Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, collaborations, and acquisitions.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and potential markets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans.
    Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify and qualify potential clients, and proactively engage them.
  • Conduct effective sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize profitability.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
    Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Share industry insights and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • coordinate with the marketing team to develop effective branding and marketing materials
    Financial Performance:
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports.
    Team Leadership and Development:
  • Mentor and coach the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
  • Recruit and hire top talent to strengthen the team.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management in the events, interior design, or creative services industry.Strong understanding of the industry trends and challenges.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in CRM and sales tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
