Responsibilities:
- Client Communication: Communicate with clients who need spare parts, providing technical support and ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Order Management: Manage the process of importing spare parts from DMG MORI factories in Europe, including order placement, tracking, and delivery coordination.
- Service Coordination: Plan and coordinate service schedules, including maintenance, repairs, and installations.
- Pre-Installation Requirements: Ensure pre-installation requirements are met by following up with customers prior to installations.
- Escalation Management: Handle the escalation of customer issues when necessary.
Requirements:Experience: Proven experience in managing spare parts and service coordination, preferably in the CNC machine tools industry.Skills: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, excellent customer service focus, and the ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate technical information clearly.
