  • Sales and Revenue Growth
    • Drive sales efforts to achieve revenue targets for new services.
    • Provide leadership to the sales team by setting goals, offering training, and fostering a high-performance culture.
    • Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
  • Marketing Strategy and Implementation
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that promote new services.
    • Develop content strategies, sales materials, and promotional plans tailored to the real estate audience.
    • Leverage digital marketing channels, events, and partnerships to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
    • Gather feedback to continuously improve service offerings and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting
    • Track performance metrics and provide regular reports on the success of new initiatives.
    • Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
