Responsibilities
o Accounts Receivable Management: Oversee accurate and timely invoicing, monitor outstanding payments, and ensure efficient cash flow.
o Reconciliation: Reconcile general ledger, revenue accounts, and accounts receivable balances to ensure accuracy.
o Financial Reporting: Generate financial reports and conduct analysis related to cash accruals and accounts receivable.
o Audit and Tax Compliance: Support audits and ensure compliance by maintaining accurate financial records.
o Documentation: Maintain organized records for accounts receivable in line with retention policies.
Qualifications
o Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
o 4-5 Years experience in general accounts.
o Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
o Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Work Conditions:
• Working Hours: 09:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Sunday -to- Thursday)
• Work Location: 1st Settlement, New Cairo.
