Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models using industry-standard frameworks.
• Fine-tune large language models (LLMs) for specific tasks and datasets.
• Build and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines with LLMs.
• Develop prompts and workflows for LLM-based solutions using tools like LangChain.
• Collaborate with teams to design and maintain scalable data pipelines.
• Ensure AI/ML model performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Mentor junior developers and maintain coding best practices.
• Stay updated on advancements in AI/ML technologies and assess their relevance.
• Communicate technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements:• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.• 3+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI/ML solutions, including LLMs.• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).• Experience with LLM tools like Hugging Face and LangChain.• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and vector databases.• Strong knowledge of data pipelines and engineering workflows.• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and deliver business-driven AI solutions.
