1- Working on accounting programs
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Prepare budget forecasts
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Publish financial statements in time
2- Full knowledge of financial accounting principles
3 - Create journal entries and know the consequences of accounting entries in the financial statements
4- Make and follow up on asset depreciation and update their value
5- Preparing and implementing monthly salaries and daily wages based on the fingerprint sheet
6- Follow up and update customer and supplier accounts and prepare the necessary reports about them
7 - Maintaining the main treasury and the temporary covenant and making necessary settlements
8 - Preparing the final financial statements from the trial balance
9 - Preparing the necessary accounting adjustments when closing accounts
10 - Preparing bank reconciliations
11 - Preparing the necessary financial reports for external and internal parties
12 - Preparing the basic final financial statements to reach the result of the activity at the end of each accounting period
●- Complete knowledge of financial accounting principles● Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)● Hands-on experience with accounting software like FreshBooks and QuickBooks● Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables● Experience with general ledger functions● Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills● BSc in Accounting, Finance or relevant degree●- Good command of the English language●- It is preferable to be close to the Bavarian BMW Maadi Circle location
