Main Job Duties:

• Lead and oversee offshore construction projects, including pipeline laying, riser installations, subsea spools, and topside piping.
• Supervise offshore fabrication and installation activities, including structural works, piping, and subsea infrastructure.
• Prepare and review engineering documents, including drawings, specifications, MTOs, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and BP Risk Management procedures during project execution.
• Oversee the execution of construction activities and provide technical guidance to on-site teams.
• Perform site visits, prepare work method statements, and ensure requisite permits are obtained before work commencement.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage resources and manpower efficiently, ensuring optimal performance and productivity.
• Monitor project schedules, costs, and quality, ensuring alignment with agreed-upon budgets and timelines.
• Lead risk management and problem-solving efforts to resolve construction challenges during project phases.
• Ensure detailed field data collection and reporting, maintaining accurate project documentation.
• Act as client representative on-site, overseeing contractor activities and ensuring compliance with specifications.

13+ years of offshore construction experience, with expertise in pipeline laying, platform construction, subsea installations, and brownfield rehabilitation.Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Power Engineering or related field.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is required.Specialized in offshore piping construction and repairs, with strong knowledge of ASME B31.3 and ASME 9 standards.Extensive experience with offshore construction activities, including riser guard installation, topside piping, subsea spools, and offshore infrastructure.Hands-on experience in managing and supervising offshore construction teams.Expertise in reviewing and preparing technical documents, such as fabrication plans, schedules, and reports.Strong understanding of international safety standards and BP Risk Management protocols (HAZOP, TBRA).Experience with planning and scheduling projects, maintaining budgets, and creating contingency plans.Ability to work effectively in a challenging offshore environment.Fluent in English (both spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.Certifications:Project Management Professional (PMP)API 653 (Aboveground Storage Tank Inspector)API 570 (Piping Inspector)API 577 (Welding Inspector)BOSIET (OPITO)
