Content Quality (Arabic Subject)

• Studying educational curricula from the Ministry's books - Selah Eltelmeez books - competing books.
• Making quantitative (numerical) and qualitative (technical) comparisons between Selah Eltelmeez books and competing books and extracting the weaknesses and advantages of each compared to the other.
• Communicating with the company's authoring teams to understand the philosophy of creating the content of each book. And working as a link between the content development sector and the commercial sector regarding the subject.
• Criticizing the content of books according to agreed upon scientific and commercial foundations and standards.
• Representing the company in meetings with teachers in the governorates to present what is new in Selah Eltelmeez books and discuss them and convey their views to the authoring team responsible for each book, while training teachers on the curricula and bringing them closer to the philosophy of the book and convincing them of the fruits of relying on Selah Eltelmeez books.
• Following up on Selah Eltelmeez pages on social media networks, monitoring comments related to the content, and coordinating to respond to them if necessary.
• Monitoring field notes on the content of Selah Eltelmeez books and competing books from teacher and parent gatherings on social media networks.
• Follow up on education news on news sites, and news of competing books on social media pages.

• Design surveys of teachers and parents’ opinions on the content of the Selah Eltelmeez books, either in direct meetings or through various means of communication. Then study and analyze the results and reach recommendations for implementation.


• Bachelor degree specializing in the Arabic language, and preference for Master studies (whether in the subject of specialization or educational subjects).• At least five years of experience in preparing curricula with well-known publishing houses or famous educational digital content platforms.• Preference for practicing regular teaching (in schools or famous digital platforms) at various educational levels, especially the primary stage.• Strength of character in presenting the argument and balanced and fruitful defense with discussions.• The ability to work under pressure and professional commitment and respect for work regulations.• Readiness and competence for what may be imposed by the need for work, such as traveling to the governorates of Egypt, or participating in authorship if the institution requires it.• Skillful use of educational technologies.• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, with special importance for the WORD writing program and POWR POINT presentation program.• Excellence in using presentation skills.• The ability to communicate.• The ability to organize and manage time.
