Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.+ 5 years of experience in manufacturing quality control preferred plastics manufacturing.Proven leadership and supervisory experience.Strong knowledge of quality control principles and industry standards.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
