Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Educational Counselor at Studygram™ Inc. in New Cairo. The Senior Educational Counselor will be responsible for providing academic and career counseling to students, communicating with stakeholders, and offering guidance on education and career paths.



The successful candidate will manage clients' interactions provide guidance and recommendations to students and parents. The role focuses on maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and accurate responses to all inquiries. The senior representative may also provide mentorship to junior staff and play a role in improving their performance.



Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries from students, parents, and educational partners via phone, email, and live chat.
Follow-up on assigned students with the required tasks in timely manner.
Maintain strong relationships with clients and students, acting as a trusted point of contact.
Provide comprehensive trusted counseling on various programs, including academic opportunities, cultural experiences, and personal development.
Offer guidance on selecting suitable universities, courses, and programs based on the students' academic and career objectives.
Assist students in understanding the application requirements, deadlines, and procedures for different study abroad programs.
Help students complete application forms and other required documents accurately and effectively.
Review and provide feedback on students' application materials, ensuring they meet the standards and requirements of the desired programs.
Provide guidance and support on visa applications.
Drive customer communication to support sales conversion from marketing qualifies leads to schedule in-office or online consultations to conversion.
Answers inbound calls and address customers' inquiries about Studygram Program and Services.
Mentor junior Student Success representatives and provide training as needed.
Assist in the onboarding and developing of new team members by sharing best practices and providing hands-on guidance.
Document all client interactions and issues in the CRM system, ensuring that information is up-to-date and accurate

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Communication, Education, or a related field.

- At least 3 years of customer service experience, ideally in an educational consulting service.

- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in customer service software, CRM tools, and ticketing systems.

- Leadership skills
