Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our procurement, inventory management, and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in supply chain management, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to implement efficient systems to support operational excellence.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of services and equipment required for facility operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effective purchasing.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels without overstocking or shortages.
  • Implement systems for tracking and forecasting demand to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of suppliers and negotiate contracts to optimize cost savings.
  • Coordinate the transportation, storage, and distribution of materials to ensure timely and efficient delivery across all facilities.
  • Optimize logistics processes to reduce delivery lead times and transportation costs.
  • Develop and manage the supply chain budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while meeting facility requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction through strategic sourcing, process improvement, and negotiation.
  • Ensure that all procurement and supply chain activities comply with relevant regulations, industry standards, and safety requirements.
  • Support other teams in planning and forecasting supply needs based on facility projects and ongoing operational requirements.
  • Prepare reports on inventory levels, supplier performance, and budget adherence for senior management.
  • Evaluate and improve supply chain processes continuously to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels.
  • Develop and promote sustainable supply chain practices by identifying environmentally friendly vendors and optimizing resource usage to minimize waste and energy consumption.
  • Perform any additional tasks that might be necessary for easier workflow, within the main frame of the job’s specialty.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 12 years of experience in supply chain or procurement management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and sustainability practices.
