Kingdom Travel Services is seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by building relationships with potential clients, suppliers, presenting our exceptional concierge services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and online platforms.
- Present and promote Kingdom Travel Services' concierge offerings to prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Identify client needs and tailor service offerings to meet their unique requirements.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the operations and concierge teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
