Testing, validating and applying the required core configuration on the GC/BP datacenter nodes while attaching the triple-play service enabler features and parameters to have a fully integrated Ready for Service nodes (RFS).
Verifying the adequacy of Transport and Access Network Media to ensure a high reliable and scalable end to end path in term of Latency, Jitter and Packet loss and hence be able to accommodate the provisioning cycle for the GC/BP services till the customer end point.
Continually working on availing a driven multicast QoS/ IPTV network architecture while addressing a timely synchronized streaming feeds between the content provider network and the STB (Set-Top box) user-terminal under the guidance of best-in-class switching/routing algorithm. Additionally, executing both a healthy periodic check and emulation tests to promote for a superb QoE metrics.
Ensuring the efficient functionality for the Fixed voice services by maintaining the forwarding capabilities across the FMC/ IMS peering points throughout the MPLS cloud network and to be complemented with both a proper policing differentiated services class and a fast reroute mechanism and thus earning an end-to-end qualified seamless voice call setup.
Creating and provisioning Wi-Fi Access Points profiles to provide an indoor and outdoor campus coverage zone while acquiring the end user a credential portal access with the attached policy enforcement attributes. Additionally, working on troubleshooting the incompatibility issues that are triggered by end device OS (Mobile Handset version /Portable Smart Devices version).
Troubleshooting fixed broadband Internet services for the gated residential subscribers while maintaining all network resources in terms of Pool utilization, Link utilization, healthy AAA registration process together with the appropriate applied policy enforcement rule through the DPI node.
Carrying all Fault and Performance network management activities by always updating the GC/BP components with the latest software release, correlating logs and alarming events, generating link capacity reports and assess with the planning team for optimization plan.
Assuring the adherence to all environmental conditions and following with the electromechanical team to suppress any surrounded abnormalities.
Aligning with both vendor relation and procurement team the support renewal process and the post warranty certificates.
Work closely with the Project Manager and Account Manager during site rollout phase to resolve any operational problem before Go-live phase, always preserve a communication channel with GC/BP IT representative team to ensure smooth operation, site accessibility and its adequacy for operation.
Preparing and maintaining network topology maps, schematic drawings, assets tracking, inventory management and other documentation required to facilitate network recovery and implementation of Change Request activities and the execution of mitigation plan.
Leading and managing a team that is accountable for operating and supporting IP/MPLS network along with its offered delivery services in term of; DSL/BNG , Wi-Fi cloud ,L2/L3VPN and IVPN, while ensuring end to end service delivery in term of subscriber management functions ,AAA, Policy management ,QoS.
Carrying Network operational supervision tasks for the different datacenter premises including servers/network monitoring, collocation and hosting facilities, raking new/used equipment with a high contribution in data center expansion and improvement projects.
Leading the network operational supervision tasks for the different datacenter premises including servers monitoring, collocation and hosting facilities along with all the supported backend services in term of DNS, SMTP, Anti-SPAM , NMS , TACACS and RADIUS within a cloud/virtualized farm based or bare-metal based.
