- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through fresh leads, networking, and social media.
- Manage more than one account( Indirect Sales and Direct Sales)
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients by understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
- Conduct site visits and tours for prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of the development projects.
- Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and conditions to close deals effectively.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients, highlighting the value proposition of the development projects.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the real estate market, competitors, and industry trends to provide clients with accurate information.
BA in Business Administration, Management or any related field.3–5 years of experience in sales in Real Estate Development is a must.Very good in Microsoft office.Knowledge of the local real estate market and industry regulations.Ability to handle multiple clients and transactions simultaneously.Presentable, confident, flexible, self-motivated and a great team player.
